Contracting with
Kilclare Software is intentionally straightforward. If you are dealing
directly with Kilclare Client Services, the custom solution developed
with you will be invoiced along with payment instructions. Upon receipt
of your payment for our
account at the Bank of Ireland, our Technology Center will forward
you the license file and any necessary product password(s) to fully
enable the VA application and any purchased knowledgebases. Where
Program
Maintenance & Support
have been arranged for, our Technical Support Center will then contact
you to collect the necessary environmental data to ensure a current
profile is maintained in our support database.
Our End-User License
Agreement ("EULA") is modeled after standard industry
practices and is known as a CLICKWRAP EULA, where users
agree to its
terms during installation of the software.
We have also summarized
our standard implementation services agreement along with
our current pricing policy.
