
FSA Handbook of Rules and Guidance
On 1 December
2001, the FSA assumed its full powers and responsibilities under the Financial
Services and Markets Act 2000. It is now the single statutory regulator responsible
for regulating deposit taking, insurance and investment business.
All organizations carrying out regulated activities are required to comply with the Rules as set out in the FSA Handbook.
