The Irish Financial
Services Regulatory Authority (Financial Services Regulator) was established
on 1 May 2003. The Financial Services Regulator is responsible for the
regulation of all financial services firms in Ireland. It also has an
important role in the protection of the consumers of those firms. It
is also responsible for the development of Codes of Conduct and Practice
applicable to all entities for which it has responsibility other than
the non-investment business service activities of credit unions.
Several of these
codes have been issued and the first one which has been formatted for
use in VISUAL Assurance is the Interim Code of Practice for Insurance
Undertakings.
Remember, Kilclare
knowledgebase templates are only available for use within VISUAL Assurance.
